Star of wonder, star of light, star of sweet, deep, aromatic anise

Sweet enough to please a liquorice eater, star anise is our guiding light to any bowl, table and lowly stable this winter. Intense, warm and seasonally fragrant we love this Plum, Cinnamon and Star Anise recipe from Amber Rose.

She says: use it as pudding, breakfast or a even quick snack

We say: gold, frankinsence and star anise. Try it with yellow plums too.
